    There is NO GUARANTEE with any listing of a sale & that a third party will purchase your timeshare and pay the price you are hoping for. In the event of a sale from your negotiation with purchaser, Royale Timeshare Resales is NOT responsible for the conveyancing, contract or Transfer. This will need to be organized between you the Seller and the potential Purchaser upon RTR suppling you the purchaser’s details for offer.

    This document supplied from Royale Timeshare Resales will constitute a Tax Invoice for the $110 Listing Fee (incl GST) once payment is received, with the date of payment being the date of issue.
